If you manually accept downloaded transactions, you should see the "Change" button, along with the "Accept" button. The downloaded transactions will be highlighted. * Click on one of the highlighted transactions. * The buttons <Accept> and <Change> appear at the bottom edge of the transaction. * Click <Change> . The "Change transaction matching" screen appears. * Select the radio button labelled "Match this transaction to an item in my register....". A list of transactions appears. * Find the _previously entered_ transaction that matches the downloaded transaction. Click the select box so a checkmark appears. * Click <Done> . This whole process assumes you have previously entered all your transactions manually, which is a best practice. If you don't enter your transactions manually, there's nothing for Money to match against. -- Steve Bell New Life Home Improvement Arlington, TX |
