You are not alone out there but it isnt just the 5/3 bank. I had one
successful day with MS Money and then it simply died. Stopped cold and has
failed to sync remotely since.

I have followed all the steps, reinstalled and the only thing I can find
that might have triggered it is the installation of Office 2k7.

Quicken is an option i suppose but the bottom line for me is a descriptive
error or real support. MS offers zilch.
