| I think I found my issue. After the last reconfiguration of online services (a week ago), it has been working. Money does not provide specific error message detail, just that the bank update did not work. I found that what actually did not work is the transactions did not match in the register, creating the update error message. So, I think the bank is good and Money needs the tweaking. | I have been using Chase with Money since 1995. | Has anyone reported issues with updating their accounts with their bank? I use Chase and it seems that I need to remove and reconnect my accounts to my online banking weekly for the automated update tool to work. I have called customer support many a time and that is their recommended solutions everytime. Why have an automated configuration for account updates is it needs reinstalled nearly everytime you use it? |
