| You might try Tools-Delete-Browsing History-Delete Temporary Internet Files in your browser. (Assuming you use IE7, steps may be different otherwise) "Cindy Conover" wrote: - quote - > I have an HRSB card (BestBuy) that when I first set it up and downloaded > from their site it imported my charges into money 07. Let's assume the download is OFX. If it is QIF, modify accordingly.Start-> Settings-> ControlPanel-> FolderOptions-> FileTypes Select OFX-- Open Financial Exchange File . Click Advanced. Check Confirm Open After Download because you want the pop-up box that will let you save the file. You could stop now if you just wanted that. If you wanted to check out repairing the automated routing, read on. See that the "Actions" box contains "Open" in bold. If it is not bold, you can select Open as the default action by clicking the Set Default button. Click Edit. When you click edit, the application used to perform action should be similar to the following line: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money 2007\MNYCoreFiles\mnyimprt.exe" %1 WITH the quotes, and the %1 after the quote. The path will differ based on your installation. Modify for your setup. Application should be mnyimprt with the appropriate path. The easy way to fix this may be to reinstall Money. - quote - > Cindy > "Cal Learner-- MVP" <via_newsgroup[at]please.tnx> wrote in message > news:ap09a4tedf14lapdc6jsgushqcq857fsdb[at]4ax.com... > > In microsoft.public.money, Cindy Conover wrote: > > > > Cal, > > > > > thanks for the quick response. I think you are saying that you go to the web site and download the> from their site it imported my charges into money 07. It worked once. OFX or QIF statement. Rather than having Windows auto-launch the file, can you save that statement to disk, and then File-> Import in Money? Right-clicking the web link might give you that choice. |

| I have an HRSB card (BestBuy) that when I first set it up and downloaded from their site it imported my charges into money 07. It worked once. Now when I go to their site and click the download button is says import completed but the transactions never show up in Money. It is an OFX import. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks Cindy |
