| Re: mark multiple items as reconciled Much better way: When in your Cash Transactions register, click on More Cash Tasks in the left column and then select Balance an Account. Put in the date of your last statement and the final amount of that statement and click Next. Then check all of the transactions. You should get a zero discrepancy.
