The licensed device is the device on which you use the software. You may install and use one copy of the software on the licensed device. b. Portable Device. You may install another copy on a portable device for use by the single primary user of the licensed device. ================================================== ====== The activation process limits you to two activations, and it does not check to see if either computer is portable. |

| With my prior version (2006) of Money, I was able to install the program at home & on my office computer. I used the home for all data entry & downloads. I kept a current file on flash drive. I used the office computer just for viewing reports & research payments & income. Now that I installed the new Plus program (from a download), I noticed the program connected to the MS servers after I entered my activation code. Can I legally install a second time on my office computer as before? Will MS block the activation procedure? I'm also afraid the second install will make the first blocked from online services. I think what I am attempting is legal as I only use one data file, but who knows these days. Hoping one of the MVP's can assist me with the rules in this mater. Thanks, Scott |
