You might get what you want with
Tools-> Settings-> OnlineServiceSettings and tick
AutomaticallyAcceptAllDownloadedTransactionsFromBa nkingStatements
and AutomaticallyMarkAcceptedTransactionsAsReconciled. If this does
not match your version, and you can't figure out the difference,
post your version.

But really, don't you want to look over your transactions before
accepting... adjust payees, set categories, try to remember if these
are legitimate???

I acidentally hit the "do not attempt to automatically reconcile in the
future" box, disabling the ability to automatically reconcile my accounts
after downloading information. How do I turn that back on?
