Payee Rules Manager, in which Excluded Payee Names

I am using Microsoft Money 2002, which came with an old computer. I
import transactions from my credit union manually; that is I export a
file which Money imports. It generally works well, but I just started
using it in a new computer with VISTA and an old problem has gotten
worse.

Money somehow confuses my mortgage, credit card and utility
companies. When I change the mortgage company name, Money
automatically changes all instances of the that name, even when they
are wrong. How can I stop this process, even if I have to enter the
payee manually every time?
