Default Re: Window's Live Login Failure

I just found out that this problem is a known issue, and it is resolved
simply by optimizing your Internet Explorer browser. To do so, please follow
the steps below:

Clear cached data in Internet Explorer 7

To determine whether a performance issue or an error message is caused by
corruption in the temporary Internet files or in other cached information
that is used by Internet Explorer 7, you must clear cached data. To do this,
follow these steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer 7.

2. Click Tools , and then click Delete Browsing History .

3. In Delete Browsing History , click Delete All .

4. Click to select the Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons
check box, and then click OK .

A progress bar is displayed to indicate that the browsing history is being
cleared.

Optimize Internet Explorer 6

By optimizing Internet Explorer, you can clear old files and settings that
may be causing conflicts and may be preventing you from connecting to the
Internet. To optimize Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.

2. Click the General tab.

3. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.

4. Click to select the Delete all offline content check box, and then click
OK.

5. Click Delete Cookies. When you are prompted to confirm this selection,
click OK.

6. Click Settings.

7. Click View Objects.

8. Click View, and then click Details.

9. If Damaged appears in the Status column for any program file, remove that
program file.

10. Close the Downloaded Program Files dialog box.

11. In the Settings dialog box, click OK .

12. Under History, click Clear History, and then click Yes when you are
prompted to confirm the selection.

13. In the Internet Options dialog box, click OK.

14. Try to browse the Internet.

Microsoft has identified the cause of problem and is working on a
fix.

Try to be patient, and don't do anything drastic, such as deleting
your LiveID.

Default Window's Live Login Failure

I've been trying for the past 2 days to login to my window's live account
with money 20007 and it keeps telling me that the server is down. Can anyone
confirm this and if not what can I do to get through. (I'm sure I'm typing my
password correctly)
