A couple of complications I had, in case anyone else runs across them. I first went to that site in Firefox and went through all of the services listed in the "Services" section and logged out. I still couldn't get log in to my Money file. Then, I went to the same site in IE and started logging out of the services. I think I only managed to get through one or two services before IE crashed on me. However, even though I hadn't gone through the whole list, I decided to try logging into my Money file anyway and, lo and behold, I got in. Thanks again for the link. Hopefully this will help someone out. - J. |

| I also was not able to sign in last night or today, until I FINALLY found this site and read about logging off other Passport "services." Then I could get in. (I had trouble finding this site, seems like when you search the Microsoft site for "Money support" you get sent to all sorts of MSN sites or related stuff wanting to tell you how to deal with the crashing market. Not software that's not working properly.) I was not, however, even able to get into Money offline. I checked the box to work offline but I kept getting messages saying I had invalid characters in the password field for logging on online. Even tho it was blank and I'd checked going OFFline. What's up with that?? Also, isn't it a bit feeble that the message one receives is that EITHER: one's password is incorrect OR Money online servers are down. Why can't the program distinguish between these two very different situations? "P_Mac" wrote: - quote - > I've been having the same issue yesterday and today.
