| Thank you, Cal. Let me see if I understand. Apparently then, one must always start with the Reports Gallery. And, in my case, some data always pops up upon selecting any type of report. So, in order to clear out the existing data, I should first click the Reset button (if its not grayed out), customize and then save to my Favorites.
