I don't know how to tell what type of download I have. I don't download
individual statements -- transactions appear as they become available. Is
this what you refer to as a "third party" automated download?

I don't recall Money ever offering me a choice about the type of download.

When two legitimate transactions with the same payee, amount, and date get
downloaded from my credit card, only one shows up in Money. For example, each
of my cellphones from Virgin Mobile is downloaded as a separate transaction
on the same day with the same amount. Only one appears in Money. I've had the
same thing occur with multiple airline tickets.

The credit card is from Bank of America.
