| 304254 describes several workarounds. The ultimate answer in your case may well be: http://support.microsoft.com/default...;EN-US;q197668. What localization was your M98? Did you download the M04 Trial for US? | When you upgrade you must stay within a region i.e. US to US or UK to UK. It is likely that your M98 is non US and you have downloaded the US trial. | I installed a demo version of MS Money 2004 to see if it is worth upgrading from Money 98. I tried to open my .MNY file and had the error : "Money cannot open this file because it was created by an incompatible version.". I tried everything said in the Microsoft support article Q304254. But still was not able to do it. I even tried with a demo version of MS Money 2001. Please help. Thank you |
