| Thanks for your post Calantha - but it's like going to the doctor and he says "yes, I've got that too, I wonder what it is? Hopefully someone with the answer will see our problem and put us out of our agony - don't hold your breath. "Calantha" wrote: - quote - > This is the exact same problem I am having. | This is the exact same problem I am having. None of my credit card transactions are showing up in my budget, only my checking account transactions. The vast majority of my spending is on a credit card to get the cashback, then pay the balance off every month. I am using the Advance Budget feature instead of the Savings & Spending budget because frankly the S&S is useless to me. I have gone into Change Budget Settings/Select Budge Accounts and all my accounts are selected. I have deselected, saved, then reselected and no luck. I tried opening a previous saved Advanced Budget, same thing. I tried switching to the S&S and even the Essential Budget then back to Advanced, still no joy. I have looked up Microsofts Tech Support through "Contact Us" and discovered that they want to charge $35 for email or phone support. They advertise free online chat support, but say it's not available and to check back during scheduled business hours. Right now it's 12:40pm CDT which IS during those hours. Any suggestions on how to fix this or even how to get some Microsoft Tech Support would be greatly appreciated. "RogerB" wrote: - quote - > I have a problem with the budget facility. | I have a problem with the budget facility. I have 2 accounts, a cash account and a credit account. Even though I enable both these accounts for Budget, items debited against the credit account don't show up in the Budget Report. I've tried till I'm blue in the face, even changing the cedit account to a normal bank account. Anybody else have this problem and found a solution? Roger |
