Edit Categories?

Banking-> AccountTools-> Categories&Payees-> Categories will get
you to Categories. Even better, you can click Shortcuts at the
top, and configure in Categories (and other favorite places) for
single-click access.

Then Select a category that you want to be rid of and click Delete
or Move at the bottom. If you are using the category for existing
transactions, Money will ask what category you want those
transactions reassigned to.

What edition of Money? If MEss, no. If Deluxe or higher, yes. I assume if
you can create them you are using Deluxe or higher.

Account List|Categories and Payees|Categories. You can edit them from there.

Hello All-

Is it possible to edit the categories in my register? I know that I can
create new ones just by typing them in as I am balancing my account, but I
would actually like to edit some categories, remove some, move some... and I
cannot see where to do it. Thanks,
