MEss is targeted at users whose idea of personal financial management is
logging into a bank's web site, seeing the balances, and saying "that's
nice".

I don't know what you are looking to accomplish with personal financial
management software. If you want to do much analysis of your spending habits
or tracking of investments or have more than one or two accounts of concern
or are interested in things like managing your cash flow, then, yes, Deluxe
would be a better choice.

Most definitely - go with Deluxe, more user friendly features and only
$10 more (usually).

Dick,

The upshot being, you think I'd be better off getting Deluxe and passing on
Ess?

I suspect you need to install the purchased download and then it'll ask.

One thing you may have already missed is the number of people who get here
asking "how come I can't do X in MEss?" only to get the answer that it's
easy to do in MDeluxe.

Default MS Money Essentials: How apply activ. code post-activation of prod

Hi, All!

Downloaded Trial fo MS Money 2007 Essentials 3 or 4 days ago and installed
it; purchased it, yesterday, and received Activation Code. Am unable to find
an option for entering the activation key.

Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance.
