| Perhaps you could set up two monthly payments. One on the first and the second on the 15th of the month. | I just played around with this and Money seems to utterly defeat everything I try. Barring you or I play around with it longer and find a way, I'd seriously consider just creating a new loan that matches your intent--kinda like entering a refi. | Does anyone know if or how to change my Monthly Morgage payment from a *** months to *** payments? I have tried to use the "Change Loan Terms" to change it since we have adjusted our payments to Bi-weekly as opposed to Monthly (so that we can pay off sooner). However, if I leave the # of payments blank, it automatically goes back to the old # of months and deletes the "payments" that I change it to. Please assist!! -- Stricklet |
