Downloaded Transactions are not visible

Sir:

I also reconciled all transactions, closed the account and closed Money. I
reopened Money, downloaded and then reopened the account. The new
transactions were there!

You could delete the statement by right-clicking on the AccountList
where it says you have TransactionsToRead. The symptom may reappear
when you download again tho.

Sir:

I did as instructed: closed Money, deleted temp files, opened money, did a
file repair,
selected ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound and downloaded
again. It did not fix the problem.

I also tried saving the download and importing the statement; however, that
did not work either.

Any other magic you could suggest?

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with

Then in Money do File-> RepairMoneyFile-> QuickFileRepair again.

Then go to Tools-> Settings-> OnlineServiceSetting and
select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound. This
is a global (inter-file) setting.

Download again.

I have been downloading transactions for over a year without problems. When I
downloaded May transactions from my checking account and one of my credit
cards, the transactions showed successfully through mid-May and then will not
show. Money says I have transactions to review; however, they do not show on
my account register.

Other accounts download fine. I have tried deleting temp internet files,
reinstalling Money, restoring backup files... I tried setting up a new user
with a new checking account and it downloads OK. I tried opening a new
checking file and closing the old file; however, when I download, it will
automatically download to the closed checking account.

I saw some other traffic, but saw no definitive solutions.

Any ideas?

instead of the old account?
