My bank is on the list, but I don't think the problem is related to online> "third party" on http://www.microsoft.com/money/bankonline.aspx ? services. I tried to setup a new account WITHOUT online services, manually downloaded transactions by saving the file in the computer. After the file was imported into Money, it said "Import Completed" and there are 41 "Transactions to read" in the new account. Unfortunately, none of them actually appears. |

| I did what you've said, but no luck again. I even tried to delete the entire account and setup again. The "Items to Review" shows 41, but none of them appears. The problem looks very terrible now. | Hi, - quote - > Click on "Items to Review" and process the transactions.
"Items to Review" on the left of each account register cannot be clicked. When I click "Transactions to read" on the account list, it brings me back to the corresponding account register. - quote - > So is the number of "actual new transactions shown" something other
It depends. Some accounts have new transactions (non-zero), most don't.> than zero? It seems to me no new transactions appear after a certain date. The new transactions shown are just the ones I didn't read but downloaded before the problem occurred. I've been using Money for quite a long time. I remember the last huge problem I encountered was related to category names. It looks like in the earlier version, it'll cause problems if category names contains "&". Is the problem this time related to category names again? |

| The problem happens recently. No matter I manually download activities or use the automatic update services, I can't get any transactions displayed. The "Items to review" on the left does say there are new transactions arrived, they just don't show up. What should I do to fix the problem? |
