Money Plus has an activation scheme wherein you need to explicitlyenter the key that was provided. This is typically done with copy and paste from an email if you did an online purchase. - quote - > Lastly, when you say can be installed on 2 PCs, does it mean running

Help-> About or <http://download.microsoft.com/docume...22974c80e0.pdf Activation will not prevent concurrent or even simultanious operation of both installs, but the license terms say "You may install another copy on a portable device for use by the single primary user of the licensed device.". | I purcasedMoney by downloading online. Also, why the restriction of 2 PCs? Does it automatically register me online when I first use it? Lastly, when you say can be installed on 2 PCs, does it mean running them con-currently? Money Plus Deluxe can be activated onto two computers. You will need> details. I plan to buy a new PC and will install Money again. > Will Money install or does it only install on one PC only. I will keep > my old PC as a backup PC but not use the installed Money on it > anymore. to already have the disk or install file to install-- assuming you did not purchase the extended download option. Be sure that your Money and backup files are moved to a spot that you will have full privileges to, such as within the user's Documents folder. If they are in ProgramFiles, Vista will create an impermanent copy of the file for the user to use, unless the user explicitly right-clicks at launch and choose RunAsAdministrator that time. Install Money from the Money Plus by browsing to the setup file. Right-click that file, and choose RunAsAdministrator. After install, right-click the Money icon and choose RunAsAdministrator to let potential updates happen. Reboot the computer. You should not have to run as Administrator normally. |

| I installed this last year and have forgotten the installation details. I plan to buy a new PC and will install Money again. Will Money install or does it only install on one PC only. I will keep my old PC as a backup PC but not use the installed Money on it anymore. |
