Default RE: Adding a remortgage to the planner

I've thought about your question for a day or so now hoping somebody would
come up with an answer.

My best guess is that whether you are re-mortgaging one property to buy
another or just borrowing more against the new one probably makes no
difference to the LP. Your liability ends up the same. Your equity ends up
the same. Your cashflow/interest expense ends up the same. Therefore, the
re-mortgage itself I'm thinking is a non-event. Just assume a larger loan for
the additional property when telling LP about this plan.

I haven't tried modeling this stuff in LP. It's just an educated guess.

Default Adding a remortgage to the planner

I'm using version 2007 and have added the future purchase of a property to my
lifetime planner. However, I now want to factor in a future remortgage of
that property which will be used to fund another one!

I'm quite new to MS Money and don't have a clue where to start.

Can anyone help?

Thanks
