| Thnaks Dick, That would have helped a lot. I will remember for next time I need to do this. | There is no way to do it en masse as you request. But if you sort by date, set the view to Unreconciled only, select the top transaction and hold down Ctrl+Shift+M, you'd be surprised how quickly they will go away... Likewise, Ctlr+Shift+M, Down Arrow, [repeat], works a whole lot faster than R-clicking with mouse. | I am using MS Money Plus Deluxe and have had a need to mark multiple cash transactions as reconciled at one time. I have had problems with the normal balance process of late most likey due to a problem with the downloading of data from a brokerage account. So, specifically I am talking about cash transactions within an investment account. To get my account up to date I had to right click on about 30-40 transactions and select the mark as reconciled option one at a time. It would be nice to be able to do a batch at a time instead. Thanks for your advice. Tom |
