| No specific idea, but have you looked at the setting under Tools > Settings Receive Account updates from MSN Money My Accounts? I don't use that feature myself. This caught my interest: - quote - > My online updates for about a dozen other accounts continue to operate

I haven't had any issues with the updates in Money Plus (2008). I have Banks, difference in the reliability of the updates. | I get the following message when trying to set up downloads for a new credit card account: The service that allows you to download transactions from MSN Money My Accounts has been disabled. Close and reopen Money. If the problem persists then try turning the service off and then re-enabling it. It the problem still persists you will need to re-enable the service with a new Windows Live ID. My online updates for about a dozen other accounts continue to operate (though much less reliably than all previous versions of Money. grrr.) I've tried everything I can think of, including looking for duplicate banks, restarting Money, rebooting my computer, looking for Money updates, trying to link to a different bank, trying to set up a different new account, etc. I also have no idea what it means to "turn the service off." Any suggestions for what else I can try? |
