Say that the new symbol is the same as the existing holding and then that the old one is something else. If using Money Plus there is an alternative that is probably simpler to implement for you. |

| Stock Split/Symbol Change I downloaded transactions from my broker and one of my stocks did a reverse split and changed the symbol.
