you want already made. The only link I've found to it is in the left
column of the Home page.

In your example, I would create an invoice for 9 widgets when I received
the check. Inventory is decreased as soon as you put a widget on an
invoice. Creating an invoice for 10 widgets and marking it as 90% paid
still shows 10 widgets removed from inventory. You might be able to
fudge things by creating cash accounts to represent your warehouses and
transferring money in and out to represent your inventory, but it sounds
like more trouble than it's worth. I would track it in a spreadsheet.

Money Business is OK for most things, but it's not a full-fledged
accounting system. You might take a look at MS Office Accounting.

I would like to keep track of 1 widget that I sell. (How many sold
,taxes,shipping,etc)
I need a report that shows only the widget sales, a report showing the taxes
collected and which account/store sold it.

1. I sell one item, a widget for $19.95+tax, either through PayPal(PayPal
Account),put them in stores or I sell them at a trade show(both deposits in
bank). Each sale shows up in my accounts when I download the bank data. I
would like to create reports that show the correct data from only these
widget sales. If I create an invoice for each widget I sell, Money adds
another $19.95+tax to the account.
Is it possible to create a report with only the widget sales or to associate
a sales invoice with a deposit/entry in an account?
When I create an invoice and mark it as paid it removes it from the sales
tax report, if I don't mark it as paid it dosen't show in the income
statement.
What can I do to make this work?

2. I am also putting my widget into stores that are either on consignment or
are letting me display and sell them without taking a percentage. If I put a
display holding ten widgets and they sell 9 and want 10 more, I create an
invoice for 20 widgets and enter 9 are paid for, but I cannot seperate what
is sold from the total inventory placed in the store, for report and tax
purposes. Is this possible?
