Money notifies the bank that you want to make an electronic payment. This is immediate. The bank then does their voodoo to generate the payment. If the recipient takes electronic payments, it goes over the wire. If not, the bank prints a check and mails it. Some banks probably use a third party for this step, adding more lead time. If Money wants lead time for the payment, the bank is sending a paper check. -- Steve B. New Life Home Improvement |

| Two of my scheduled electronic payments are due on the same day. When I go into my Calender view, they both are listed on the same day as expected. However, when I view them in Bills summary, there is a note for each in red lettering, one says "This electronic payment must be sent within 2 days.". The other says "This electonic payment must be sent within 4 days." Why the difference in notes when both are actually scheduled for the same day? Thanks -Mike |
