That's how I do it now. It's kind of kludgy. Quickbooks has a memorized
transaction feature.

If you right-click on a transaction, you can choose "Copy to Account..."
and copy the transaction to the same account, but you're limited to one
transaction at a time. You could use a keyboard macro program to automate
multiple steps.

I was just suggesting some ways to help solve your need. Not that any of
them are perfect. I suggest them because I don't think Microsoft has really
responded to user feature suggestions for Money anytime in, oh, this decade.
Some comments inline.

Yes, the inability to schedule ANY transaction that can be entered is a
SERIOUS weakness. I've been nagging about this since M02 came out if not
before.

I was thinking more of the fact that auto-complete (maybe they call it
something else?) can suggest entire previous transactions based on Payee. At
least it does for me.

It's not a feature I would use, but I'm sure some people would like it.

You need to let Microsoft know that you have a suggestion. They don't
participate here.

I'm talking all accounts, for instance an investment account.

This works great for a single field. I'm talking about whole transactions,
and groups of transactions.

R-click, Add to Bills?

Auto-complete?

Default Memorized transactions

I would like to see a memorized transaction feature for each account.

I have regular processes that I have devised to accurately account for some
of my accounts that don't reconcile with just the downloaded transactions.

It would be nice to be able to memorize a transaction, or add it to
favorites or whatever, for each account.
