I actually set up my first bill today following my own recommendation. I
just signed up a client who wants his pool cleaned once a week for
$40/month, with him providing all chemicals. (Yeah, it's low, but it's 15
minutes of work per week, and I'm already mowing a yard down the block
that day.) I explained the situation to my wife, who is the main Money
data manager. We'll see how well it works.

Thanks, I will see how will work. The main thing is keeping track of the
dates.

I would set up a recurring Bill for each customer, making it due a few
weeks before the expiration date. The bill will be highlighted on the
calendar the day after it comes due, prompting you to create and send an
invoice. It will remain highlighted until you either post payment for a
continuing customer or delete the bill for a cancellation.

Default MP2008 Reoccuring Customer Billing

Is there a good way in Money Plus Home and Business 2008 to keep track of a
customer's service expiration date for billing purposes?

My customers pay quarterly, and it would be great to just have a report that
shows when their service expires so I can invoice them. Even if it is
something in Money not meant for this purpose that I could adapt, it would
make it all in one program instead of two like I have now.

Thanks!
