data file in a network-accessible location, you can use it from more
than one PC, but only from one PC at a time. If two PCs access the data
file at the same time, your data file will be corrupted. Money does not
have data locking, so it will not warn you that someone else is already
using the data file.

If you try to have multiple copies of the data file on multiple PCs, you
will inevitably run into the problem where you make a change to your
copy, your partner makes a change to his copy, and you can't combine the
two files.

By "archive", I assume you mean "data file". Archive refers to a file
created after you run the Archive function. Don't use that function. You
won't like the results.

Hi, in my company we are using money for small business 2006, the problem is
that we are two different persons working in the same archive, so we can’t
track changes to keep the archive money with the latest changes. It is
confidential information, so we preferred not to synchronize with msn online,
is there any other way to sync with two archives with the same name?
