But you could back calculate the approximate original odom reading. ie. subtract 26 * the number of trips from the current reading. Alternatively, you could just create a separate business account (cash) where the "dollar" amount are actually mileage. I have just been tracking the total miles every day. But not the odom readings. I know its 26 miles one way so on the days I go on this customers site I know its 26 miles there and 26 miles back to the office. Because I installed Money March 23rd 2008 and if you change the system date to a date before that then Money hangs when you start it up. | Entering Items from Earlier in the year I am new to MS Money Plus Home and Business. I did not get the software until March this year and I went back to Jan1 to enter all of my transactions for the house and balanced with my banks and credit cards. But now that I am current on that I am trying to setup my business accounts. When I try to put in my mileage that I have been tracking in Excel since the first of the year. Money says that I cant put it in before I started using the van. How do I get around this so that I can get my mileage entered into Money for this year? Thanks, LWRII |
