Entering "advanced budget" into the help box would have also found
that. That still doesn't explain "why" tho.

However, in the reports and budget summary, the amount budgeted for a given month does reflect the specific events occurring in that month. E.go., a bill occurring every other month affects only every other month in the Annual Budget report.

Thanks Chris, for letting me know it can be done.

I got a response from email support. They told me to type the path
'money://navigate/newadvbgt' in the Search Bar to access the Advanced Budget-
which has all the features I was looking for. Now my only question is why I
had to use this path? I haven't found anything in the program or the guide
that mentions the Advanced Budget. I'll find out Tuesday when the Tech comes
back.

You can do that but Money converts it to a pro-rata monthly amount in most views. However, in the reports and budget summary, the amount budgeted for a given month does reflect the specific events occurring in that month. E.go., a bill occurring every other month affects only every other month in the Annual Budget report.
