Remove it within Money.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/899631/

Note that using Money 2007 or Money Plus, item 1.b would be
Click "Receive account updates from MSN Money My Accounts".

Do not remove it at a web site, at least until you have a Money file
you can access without LiveID.

Default Windows live ID removal

Some how I allowed MS to add Windows live ID to my MS money 2007 program.
Now every time I start money I have to log in to this Windows live ID. For
MS to have my password for my money account is scary!
I went to the web site trying to remove it.
No luck.
Being I have a hotmail account I think it uses windows live ID which is ok.
Thanks
Jeff
