Yes. You would also have the alternative of Voiding the extra> seem to have been downloaded before actually being paid and in some > cases the amount has been slightly different. | I have been trying to balance my UBS investment account. Dividends seem to have been downloaded before actually being paid and in some cases the amount has been slightly different. I think the system was anticipating dividends and when they actually were paid I received a message asking if the transaction was the same. I always clicked yes which I now assume is the cause of the problem. I think I will delete all the dividend and other cash transaction from the investment side and reenter them correctly from the statement. Will this correct the cash side also? Then I will try to balance the account again. To add to my confusing UBS has changed their statement formats. I wish they would leave well enough alone. |
