| I also started having trouble with Citi Card (Exxon Mobil MC) last month. It does not auto download within Money anymore. I purchased MS Money Plus Premium in March and had issues with the transactions being seen by the Spending Tracker. Tech support had me export my file, create a new account, import the file. That worked for 2 months but now I HAVE to go to their website to download! (No problems reported at Exxon Citicards tech support) "Tejas" wrote: - quote - > Hi !! > I have been using money for a while now. I and my wife both have citi card > acoounts. | Ok. I found the issue but no resolution. If citi card accounts exceeds 5 timeout occurs. I removed online service and reconnected online services. This time I matched only 4 cards and for 5th card I said don't match and track in money. After this all 4 cards transaction started downloading fine. Any resolution for more than 4 cards? Looks like its money issue. "Tejas" wrote: - quote - > No. That didn't help. | No. That didn't help. Still same help. "The call timed out because the Internet, banking or brokerage server you were trying to contact did not respond in a reasonable amount of time. OK. I was wondering if it instead got an error parsing the OFX> remember code correctly but it says "time out" statement. I have not had any experience with a credit card download with more than one account. You might try setting up a File-> New-> NewFile with only that account set up, and see if it downloads ok. If that works, I would discontinue online for the Citicards on you main file, and set it up again. - quote - > "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: > > In microsoft.public.money, Tejas wrote: > > > > > > I have been using money for a while now. | Hi !! I have been using money for a while now. I and my wife both have citi card acoounts. My wife has her own login and I have mine. Under my wife's login there is only 1 citi card however under my login there are 5 citi cards. Since Feb 2008, everytime I click "Update Now", money downloads data from all financial institution except for my Citi cards where there are 5 cards under one login. Its really cumbersome to go to website and click download 5 times to download transactions. Anyone has tne same issue? Any resolution? Thanks |
