Or, the alternative is to keep your 2005 French edition. There is very
little to gain by going to M2008. Furthermore, if you are outside of the
US, you will find it difficult to buy the US version. You could not get a
hard copy and even to purchase the download, you would have to provide a USA
address (that does not, however, have to be yours).
