If it is a US file, probably yes.

It's a free trial. Try it to make sure.

Be sure that your Money and backup files are moved to a spot that
you will have full privileges to, such as within the user's
Documents folder. If they are in ProgramFiles, Vista will create
an impermanent copy of the file for the user to use, unless the
user explicitly right-clicks at launch and choose
RunAsAdministrator that time.

Check that the SSL2 protocol is enabled. That checkbox is in IE
Tools-> InternetOptions-> Advanced.

Install Money from the Money Plus by browsing to the setup file.
Right-click that file, and choose RunAsAdministrator.

After install, right-click the Money icon and choose
RunAsAdministrator to let potential updates happen. Reboot the
computer. You should not have to run as Administrator normally.

Once you have converted, also change your backup path from
"C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\" to
"C:\Users\username\Documents\"

So Plus Deluxe can read and convert my 2003 files?

If you enter your info manually, then your Money 2003 should work.

Be sure that your Money and backup files are moved to a spot that
you will have full privileges to, such as Documents/MyDocuments.
If they are in a place like ProgramFiles, Vista will create an
impermanent copy of the file for the user to use, unless the user
explicitly right-clicks at launch and choose RunAsAdministrator
that time.

Check that the SSL2 protocol is enabled. That checkbox is in
IE Tools-> InternetOptions-> Advanced.

Right-click the Money icon and choose RunAsAdministrator to let
possible updates happen. Then reboot the computer.

If that doesn't do it, you might have to get into Vista
compatibility mode settings.

For a current version, you would want Money Plus Deluxe. Start with
the free 60-day trial. That would get you online quotes and
transactions for 60 days plus another 2 years after you buy and
activate.

Default Upgrade advice

I currently have my financial data in Money 2003 on Windows XP. Will Money
2003 run successfully in Vista? If not, is there a current version of Money
can read my 2003 data file? I lost use of my data when I went from Money 99
to Money 2003. I really don't want to go through that again.
