You might de-select
Tools-> Settings-> OnlineServiceSettings-> OverwriteTransactionDatesWithDatesFromDownloadedTr ansactions

Default reconcile downloaded statement 2006

Money wants to reconcile with the date a check cleared instead of the date it
was written. How do I change this?
