You are correct about the invoice designer. It hasn't worked properly for at leaset the last two versions. That's one of the reasons I didn't upgrade to the 2008 version. You can edit the files manually if you understand HTML. The rest of the system works pretty well for my needs. It has some quirks, but I've found workarounds. -- Steve B. New Life Home Improvement |

You can turn off some of the junk. As I wrote earlier, most participants here don't use H&B, so you won't find much commentary.-- Chris Cowles Gainesville, FL |

Of the traffic there is, much is about the invoice designer and how bad it is. Use Google groups or similar methods to search this forum for that topic. What do you recommend with an updated invoice designer/features? What does everyone use here? From the posts I read it looked like legacy versions, perhaps i'm wrong. The other parts of the Program look pretty and have nice sounds... we'll see. |

| Specs: Vista Ultimate Money 2k8 Home and Biz Trial Both updated I just downloaded the trial version of Money. I plan(ned?) on buying it and using it for my business. The first thing I did after installing, was open the Invoice Designer and try to create an invoice... I say try because it doesn't work -- at all. First, I tried to add my company logo but the logo box becomes attached to my mouse pointer and I cannot resize the logo. I have to hit ESC for the logo box to detach. No matter what I click on in the designer -- label, textbox, logo -- it becomes attached to my mouse. I searched for answers but only found one post with no responses. Money updated today and still same problem. I sure am glad I downloaded the trial version and didn't pay for this... |
