I *believe* that the data from the Canadian version will work in the US
version, but I do not believe that you can buy the US version in Canada. I
*think* that you will have to download it from the US site and give a
(phony, if necessary) US address in order to buy the product. You can use a
credit card from a Canadian bank, however. Note that downloads to the US
version will time out after two years, so you will have to "upgrade" again
in 2010. Also, the US version follows US rules in terms of taxes. And
lastly, you'll have to deal with US spelling.
