Undelete it by entering a fake dividend for the investment. Then
blank out its symbol, and change the name to something you will not
want to use again. Delete the fake dividend transaction.

More likely the problem is the symbol rather than the name. Try
entering the symbol instead of the name in that fake dividend.
Expect the name to fill in during the process. Now that you have
easy access, blank the symbol you want to re-use before creating the
new investment. Then delete the fake dividend transaction.

Default Deleted investments

Every time I try to use an investment name that I deleted a while ago, I'm
told I can't use it again. Is there some way to "empty" the "deleted
investments" folder? Thanks!
