No current software, but WordPerfect did that well. It just ignored the formatting tokens it didn't understand.

Definitely not. Almost no software manufacturer makes software that allows
you to read a current file in an older version.

You mean I am screw after update huh. Do you think Microsoft will

The problem is not the change from Home and Business to Deluxe. The problem
is the change from Plus (2008) to M2007. It can't be done as Money is not
backwards compatible. When you converted from M2007 to Plus, Money saved
your old file with the extension of M16. Rename that file to a new file
with an extension of *.mny. This will give you your data back to the time
of the conversion. You will have to download or manually enter all of yor
transactions from the time of your upgrade.

Hello,

Presently I am suing Money Plus for Home and Business on my PC. Right
now I plan change back to Money 2007 Deluxe, because want to spend
$100 when I upgrade. Since I am no longer run home base business.
What I need to do to make this change.? I find out Money can't read
Money Plus data file. TIA
