| Sunday night 3/23 the automatic updates started working again after 10 days of being broken. Every day I deleted the Citibank online services for my accounts and tried adding them back without success. Today it worked, I did nothing different today than in the past ten days. I signed into the Citibank website every day also as instructed but this did not solve the issue for 10 days. I initiated a support ticket with Microsoft several days ago but because of a couple of unreadable emails and the weekend we did not get very far. I had planned to post the results here but have no additional info to report. I suspect this was not our problem, rather it was Microsoft or their vendor as I did nothing different to make this work today. This type of issue should be posted on the Money Network Status page, apa ge that has not been updated since 2/29/08. | I am aware of that option. However, that doesn't explain why it no longer works. Furthermore, that method does not update the bank balances. Overall, it is a big problem that this feature is inexplicably not working anymore. There must be another option other than just disabling it. In fact, one of the main reaons I use MS money is because of its relationship with Citibank. Please, provide more options that simply disabling an important and frequently used feature. | Suddenly Money (4-5 days) will not automatically update my Citibank bank accounts. My Schwab brokerage accounts are fine. The error says I need to sign onto the Citibank account on their website first and then come back to Money and update the accounts. I have done this but it does not fix the problem. I tired deleting the online services for these accounts and reset them up but I cannot and continue to get the same error. Is this my problem or is it more widespread. I know MS and the vendor which provides the bank connectivity have had problems in the past which they have resolved after a few days. I see no information on the Network Status page. |
