Download from the site but give an American address. 1600 Pennsylvania
Avenue, Washington DC comes to mind.

The site objects to some credit cards. It didn't like my UK Visa but was OK
with Amex.

As you can't get a hard copy make sure that you burn the download to CD and
keep it safe!

Also you won't be able to read a non-USA .mny file into M2008.
