The EULA refers to a "Single Primary User". It's up to you to interpret
that phrase. You can read the entire EULA by going to Help > About and
clicking the Read License button.

Also Money is NOT designed to work across a network and does not have record
locking enabled so if two people try and access the.mny file you are wide

You need to have it on both PCs, but note that the EULA (and registration
controls) allow one copy of Money to be installed on both a laptop and
desktop that have the same ownership.
