Dear Bert, Thanks. All I had to do was to add PASSPORT.COM,PASSPORT.NET and
MONEY:// to my trusted sites under security tab in Internet Options. Thanks
for the lead. It enlightened the ol" grey cells.

Add an exception for Money 2003 .
If you use any other firewall make sure the exceptios is added to that also.

Make sure the date time are correct on the computer also
Restart the computer
Open ie 7 check web page load ok
Open Money 2003


Should fix the sign in issue
