This problem occurs if you have Windows set to use "Large Fonts"
(has their font display size set to some larger DPI setting)

Workarounds (either one should resolve it):

o Temporarily change back to Windows' "default" font size

o Copy the entire key (dashes included) and Paste it into one of
the fields (any of them) in the Activation dialog

I just opened a newly purchased MS Money Plus Deluxe and cannot enter the
product key. The space allowed will not let me enter all 5 digits. Is this
the serial number to enter for support? I tried entering the product key
number and it was denied.

First, go to Help-> About and write down the serial numbers. That is
your Product ID. Then choose one of the free support options.

Default Technical Support

I purchased my off the shelf copy of Microsoft Money Plus Deluxe a few months ago and I just tired to leverage submitting an email support request, but was presented with a response that said I had to pay $35.00 for support. Shouldn't I be entitled to free support or has that already expired?
