| Pre Paying Bills - Budget Accounts - Money 2004 Hello How do I replicate this situtaion in Money for paying gas and Electric charges to one utility company. I want to see the seperate charge categories Month 1 Pay 40.00 and I split this 20 gas. 20 electric from account just to record payment in categories. I do this for month 2 and 3 as well. In Month 3 on different date bill arrives from utility for 175 - with actual breakdown of 100 for gas and 75 for electric. Difference is 55 from amounts prepaid. My utility bill gets bigger but I just contnue paying 40 upto month 12. Every 3 months I receive the billl showing true amoutns owing fro each utility In month 12 I pay the difference which is 400. I want to be able to show the true amounts owing for gas/electric each 3 months though I've not paid the true amount owing until month 12. Hope this makes sense. Thanks Mark |
