Your auto-pay has to be through some Financial Institution (FI). Contact
that entity.

Money's only contact with an auto-pay is to relay the request to the FI.
That's in my experience. I haven't used e-pay or a-apay for several years
because I can't find a local (as opposed to big) bank that offers it for
free. When I used to do a-pays, I had to call my bank to cancel them. Then
I had to wait at least two months to make sure they were really gone. It's
a royal pain when you change banks or get a new account number because of
a lost checkbook.

Default Cancelling Apay

I'm trying to cancel and auto payment (apay) but since my online services
subscription has expired all I get is a request to upgrade. How do I cancel
an APAY without upgrading or renewing?

I'm using Microsoft Money 2004 Deluxe. The "free" trial of the online
services has expired and I don't wish to renew. I just want to cancel any
auto payments that are still going.
