Phone Activation of 2008 Money Plus Deluxe

Mark, thanks for taking the time to post and help people on forums such as
these. I wasted about 2 hours of my time trying to get my product to
activate... I upgraded from an old Msoft Money to a current one. Anyway,
after trying to find someplace/somewhere to help me (the help buttons inside
Microsoft Money and elsewhere were of limited help) I googled "microsoft
money activation" and up came your helpful post. Even though I'm not the
person whom you were orignally helping, I called the number and was taken
care of in short order.

Again, thanks for making a difference and helping. I appreciate it.

Yes, They handle all activation questions/problems.

Thanks for your quick response. We purchased the 2008 Money Plus Deluxe
from a retail store (Staples) not from Microsoft On-Line. Would this phone
number still apply?

My father was running Money 2004 on an Old Computer using Windows ME. We got
him a new PC for Christmas running Vista Home Premium and bought him the 2008
Money Plus Deluxe because it was compatible with Vista and we weren't sure
the 2004 Version was. He lives in a remote area and does not have internet
access because he can't get a local dial in number. When he enters his
product key to activate Money Plus, it comes back telling him it can't find
an internet connection, but it doesn't list a phone number to allow him to
activate by phone. I have contacted Microsoft via e-mail and phone but they
haven't been any help. Has anyone else activated Money by phone and where
did you find the phone number?
