| Keep separate Money data files. Put a shortcut on each of your desktops for access to your own data files. If you are really concerned about being able to see each other's data you will each have to use passwords on the data files. If you are really, really, concerned, you ought to think about setting up OS security and physically guarding the PC and so on as passwords have limited effectiveness and can be cracked.
